With over 20 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, our founder built a successful career connecting top talent with opportunity — but felt a deeper calling that couldn’t be ignored.
Driven by a desire to make a more meaningful impact, she transitioned into healthcare, starting her journey as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). Working in long-term care (LTC) homes and hospitals, she saw first-hand the realities of our healthcare system — the burnout, the staffing shortages, and the immense emotional toll placed on both staff and patients. These powerful experiences became the inspiration behind her decision to pursue her Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) designation.
